Pre- Authorized Payment

Sign up for Pre-Authorized Payment and your electric bill is automatically deducted from your chequing account each month on the due date you specify.  With Pre- Authorized Payment, your electric bill is sent to you in advance of the date your payment is posted to your bank account.  This way, you'll know ahead of time the exact amount that will be deducted from your account.  Save the time of writing cheques and save money on postage too!

Equal Payment Plan

Residential customers and smaller business customers can take advantage of our Equal Payment Plan, a monthly budget amount that is determined by taking your total bill amounts during the past twelve-month period and calculating equal monthly payments for the next twelve months.  If a billing history is not available, the amount is determined by one of our Customer Account Representatives.  Your budget amount is reviewed, and if necessary, recalculated in March and July, based on the previous twelve-month period.  June is the reconciliation month, when your bill will reflect the monthly budget amount, plus or minus any adjustments for overpayment or underpayment.
