With continued discussion of a potential postal strike looming, we want to make sure North Bay Hydro Customers understand how to get the information needed to keep accounts up to date. As always, regardless of whether you receive your bill, you are still responsible for payment on your due date. Here’s how you can make sure you are not negatively affected, in such an occasion.

• First – make sure ALL your contact information is up to date with North Bay Hydro! One our Customer Service Representatives are here to help!

• Second – Sign up for “E-Billing” and “My Account”. You will have your bill sent directly to your email every month and you will be able to check your account balance as well as valuable consumption information!
