    North Bay Hydro’s Regulatory Scorecard

    The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) has developed a scorecard for all local distribution companies across the Province as a tool to allow customers to gain a better sense of how well their utility is performing over a 5 year period. Utility scorecards track and show comprehensive performance information for each electricity utility in Ontario, over a range of time and for a specific year.

2016 IRM APPLICATION and ORDER

North Bay Hydro has submitted its 2016 electricity distribution rate application to the Ontario Energy Board for rates effective May 1, 2016. The proposed rate application would result in a slight decrease for Residential customers (800 kWh) of ($.66) per month (-.44%). Small business customers (2,000 kWh) would have a similar bill impact reduction of ($1.88) or (-.41%).
