CEAP for Small Business Information Page

North Bay Hydro Distribution limited (NBHDL) is pleased to support the Ontario Governments launch of the Covid-19 Energy Assistance Program for Small Businesses (CEAP-SB). Small Business qualifications state an annual usage of less than 150,000 kWh. The Government of Ontario is providing $8 million in funding, in addition to the previous $9 million that was allocated to residential customers, to support eligible small business customers struggling to pay their energy bills as a result of COVID-19.

CEAP-SB will be administered and delivered directly by NBHDL, on behalf of the Government of Ontario and the Ontario Energy Board. CEAP-SB provides a one time, on-bill credit to eligible Small Business electricity and natural gas customers to help them catch up on their energy bills and resume regular payments. Applications will be accepted beginning August 31st, 2020.
