    North Bay Hydro’s Regulatory Scorecard

The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) has developed a scorecard for all local distribution companies across the Province as a tool to allow customers to gain a better sense of how well their utility is performing over a 5 year period. Utility scorecards track and show comprehensive performance information for each electricity utility in Ontario, over a range of time and for a specific year.

FAQ

What is e-billing?

E-billing is an electronic version of your paper bill which you have sent to your e-mail monthly. It looks exactly the same and even provides the promotional inserts electronically, so you don’t miss out on anything! When you sign up for e-billing, you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail but will be reminded each month, via email, to pay your bills.

Why Should I Sign Up for e-billing?

E-billing is convenient. You can access your current and previous bills (up to two years) online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can pay your bills directly online, at your financial institution’s Web site. And regardless of where you are, away on business or away for the winter, as long as you have access to the Internet, you can have access to your account.

When can I sign up for e-billing?

You can sign up for e-billing immediately after you receive your first paper bill. You must first receive a paper bill and reference your North Bay Hydro account number in order to successfully register. It’s simple, it’s free and it’s great for the environment. Click here to register now.

Will I continue to receive a paper copy of my bill through the mail?

Once you have signed up for e-billing, you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail. An email will be sent to the address that you provided, advising you that your e-bill is ready for viewing.

Who can sign up for e-billing?

All North Bay Hydro customers, residential and business, are welcome to join. If you have access to a computer and the Internet, you can take advantage of this easy-to-use service.
