At any time, North Bay Hydro Distribution Limited may have one or more applications before the OEB, and may also be participating in other OEB-sponsored proceedings.

Rate Applications
2025 Electricity Distribution Rates
North Bay Hydro Distribution Limited has submitted its IRM Rate Application for 2025 electricity distribution rates on October 30th, 2024. The OEB assigned file number EB-2024-0045.
2021 Cost of Service
North Bay Hydro Distribution Limited’s application to its Regulator, the Ontario Energy Board (OEB), to change its electricity distribution rates was filed on January 5th, 2020. The rate changes will affect all customer classes. The rate changes are proposed to be effective May 1, 2021, when approved. A copy of the full rate application is available to view below. Electricity Distributor Scorecard
Utility scorecards track and show comprehensive performance information for each electricity utility in Ontario, over a range of time and for a specific year.
Scorecards are important because they provide information that tells if utilities are following the rules and if their performance is improving over time. They’re also a way to be transparent with you about how the energy distribution system overall is performing.
Utility scorecards show data for 20 specific measures within the following four key areas of performance:
- Customer focus
- Operational effectiveness
- Public policy and responsiveness
- Financial performance
