Start, Stop or Move Your Service

Whether you’re moving in, moving out, or transferring service within North Bay Hydro’s service area, we’re here to make the process simple and smooth.

Please submit the appropriate request at least 48 business hours before your service change date.

Start Service

New to North Bay Hydro?

If you are new to North Bay Hydro and have not previously had an account with us before, you’ll need to complete our New Residential Service Agreement to start your new service.

Setup Fee: $30 + HST
Security Deposit: May be required (waived under certain conditions)

Move Service

Already a customer and moving within our service area?

Let us know your new address and we’ll handle the rest!

Transfer Fee: $30 + HST
Security Deposit: May be required (waived under certain conditions)

Stop Service

Leaving North Bay Hydro’s service area? You’ll need to cancel your account and arrange for final billing.

Final Bill: Will be sent to your forwarding address
